1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the products we offer and the legal, logistical, and hygienic concerns associated with their handling, Lunea™ maintains a strict “No Refunds, No Returns, and No Exchanges” policy for all orders placed through our website.
All purchases are considered final at the time of checkout.
This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

Customer change of mind;

Accidental orders;

Incompatibility with research intentions;

Product appearance differing from expectations;

Shipping delays or customs holds outside our control;

Refusal to accept delivery or incorrect address input by the customer.
2. Product Condition and Packaging Variability
Products may be shipped in unbranded, generic, or updated packaging, which may differ from what is shown on the product page due to supply chain variations or batch updates. Such changes do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
Likewise, minor cosmetic differences in color, consistency, viscosity, or labeling do not affect the authenticity or research suitability of the product and are not grounds for return or refund.
3. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, Lunea™ is no longer responsible for the package. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer at the time of carrier pickup.
We are not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, courier issues, or customs clearance;

Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information;

Orders seized or rejected by customs in your jurisdiction.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that peptide-related products are legal to import, possess, and use in their local jurisdiction. Lunea™ does not offer refunds for orders confiscated or returned due to regulatory noncompliance.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery, including:

A clear description of the issue,

And photographic evidence of the item(s) and packaging.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or credit. However, such remedies are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No returns of physical product are permitted under any circumstance.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this clearly stated Refund Policy may result in:

Immediate account suspension;

Blacklisting from future purchases;

Reporting to payment processors and antifraud databases;

Legal action for breach of contract.
We strongly advise you to contact our team first to address any concern before initiating a dispute.
6. No Refunds for Research-Use Products
Lunea™ products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only, as stated in our Terms of Use and Disclaimer. We do not support, advise, or condone misuse. As such, any dissatisfaction stemming from expectations of non-research use will not be eligible for remedy.
